Rina Montalvo, LL.M. has over 16 years’ experience in Global HR, specializing in Global Mobility and Immigration. Following her role as Head of the Global Mobility/Immigration Department at Sky Deutschland “21st Century Fox”(formerly known as News Corp.), in Germany, Rina relocated to America to the corporate News Corp-Dow Jones office in New York. She is currently responsible for the Global Mobility/Immigration department at Dow Jones.Rina has extensive experience in global Social Security, Taxation, payroll, Relocation, Labor & Immigration Law, as well as development and roll-out of Global Mobility Policy.
She has lived in Germany for over 20 years, speaks 6 languages and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree of Laws. Rina also holds dual citizenship (American/German).
Strategically, she acts an advisor to Business Leaders, Finance, Legal and HR on Global Mobility issues, policies and processes and is responsible for Global Mobility, Immigration, Relocation Program, National/International Taxation, Compliance, Employment Law and Special projects related to Global Mobility Program and Immigration in and out AMER/APAC/ and EMEA.
