Is France Competitive as a global country? Is Europe? Le Monde and AFEP Forum is happening on March 13th: The Challenge of Competitivity

PARIS, February 16, 2012 —
The date is Tuesday March 13, 2012; the place will be at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris.

At a time when the debate on competitivity is at the center of the Presidential election campaign, this day-long forum will propose a space of reflection and exchanges, and will enable its participants to explore solutions to return France to its leadership position.

Le Monde and the AFEP (French Association of Private Companies) will organize a forum on the topic, “The Competitivity of France, the Competitivity of Europe”, to take place in Paris, on Tuesday March 13, 2012, at the Carrousel du Louvre.

This day-long gathering will be organized in a series of discussions and round-tables that will involve a number of significant political figures. They will include François Hollande, Nicolas Sarkozy and Herman Van Rompuy, as well as heads of companies, union leaders and economists from France and European countries.
