With more than 10 years of Human Resources and Global Mobility experience, I am well versed in all aspects of the relocation process.

I have been appointed at several companies to setup and organize the Global Mobility department from the ground up, as well been instrumental in the implementation of a GEC.

I have managed a regional North American GM department and led a staff of seven who required training on the various components of Global Mobility. I have also been responsible for overseeing all traditional and nontraditional mobility assignments, immigration and global relocation and assisting with centralizing a decentralized system, while ensuring proper policies and processes are in place. I have been a global HR business partner and employee resource for international assignments in and out of North America.

My diversified role and ability to multitask with internal and external stakeholders included assisting the GM Manager in Dubai with the implementation of the International GEC so as to ensure standardized policies and processes were followed throughout the organization.

I hold multiple citizenships and have traveled to many parts of the world, which aid in my understanding of the expatriate experience firsthand along with relocation and cultural subject matters.
