Patricia Stewart is Director Global Mobility, North America for Genentech, a member of the Roche Group. Tricia just relocated from CT to CA to fulfill her present role, in which she is responsible for leading the company’s relocation and immigration team for domestic transfers within the US and Canada, as well as global assignments in and out of the region. Tricia features over 20 years of domestic and international mobility experience and has worked across global geographies in an HR, consulting and relocation provider capacity. She has authored several articles for Worldwide ERC Mobility Magazine and co-hosted a webinar series for best practice in mobility management. She received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT and Regents College, London, UK. She holds her Connecticut Real Estate license and her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) and GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) designations.

Bill and his team of more than 30 global HR professionals provide world-class HR services and programs to the company’s 4000+ employees located outside of the United States.

A graduate of Boston University with a degree in mechanical engineering, Bill began his career as a design engineer in the aerospace industry. After transitioning from engineering to technical recruiting, he held director-level HR positions at Leap Wireless International and Anacomp, and then joined Qualcomm in 2003.

Bill’s engineering background and broad base of business knowledge have enabled him to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring support to numerous professional and non-profit organizations in San Diego, where he has been part of the community for the past 28 years.

He is a board member for the San Diego Workforce Partnership, Educational Enrichment Systems, Pacific Center for Workforce Innovation and LEAD San Diego. He is also a member of the Cal State San Marcos University Council, an executive committee member of The Conference Board’s Global HR Council II, a long-standing member of HRPS and SHRM, a former Community Service Award winner and founder of the Youth Basketball Association, Inc. (YBA), a non-profit organization that provided a “Game Plan for Life” to high school athletes for over 10 years.
